COMPLEX CHALLENGES REQUIRE
SHARED SOLUTIONS.
The strongest pathways are not designed in isolation. They are built by bringing lived experience, professional expertise, and shared responsibility
around the needs of the people they are intended to support.
KYND CARE is seeking early partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, funders, specialist organisations and people with lived experience who share our commitment to improving support for women, young women and their families.
By working together from the outset, we can develop pathways that respond to identified local need, complement existing provision and remain grounded in the experiences of the people they are intended to support.
Whether you are exploring a commissioning opportunity, identifying a gap in local provision, offering specialist expertise or seeking to support the development of Ember House, we welcome an early conversation.
WAYS TO PARTNER WITH
KYND CARE
Partnership can take different forms. We welcome early conversations with organisations and individuals who can help us understand local need, shape safe and sustainable pathways, and strengthen the expertise and resources surrounding the women and young women we support.
COMMISSIONING AND PATHWAY DESIGN
Work with us to identify gaps in local provision and co-design pathways, referral criteria and outcome measures that respond to local need and complement existing services.
SPECIALIST PRACTICE PARTNERSHIPS
Bring expertise across health, education, housing, safeguarding, therapeutic practice, parenting and other specialist areas. Together we can strengthen pathway design, provide more joined up responses and ensure support remains a safe, informed response.
FUNDING, PROPERTY AND RESOURCES
Support the development of KYND CARE through grant funding, corporate social responsibility, social value partnerships, suitable property, professional services or practical resources. Contributions can help turn identified needs into safe, sustainable provision.
LIVED EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNITY INSIGHT
Help us shape pathways around what women and young women say they need. We want lived experience and local community insight to influence design, language, accessibility, delivery and how meaningful outcomes are understood.
OUR PROPOSED REFERRAL APPROACH
KYND CARE pathways are being developed to operate through agreed professional referral routes. Our proposed process is intended to ensure that every referral is considered carefully, transparently and with the individual’s safety, strengths, needs and voice remain at the centre.
PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL
Referrers will provide current and relevant information concerning the individual’s strengths, needs, safeguarding, risk, existing plans, professional involvement and intended outcomes.
HOLISTIC ASSESSMENT
Each referral will be considered through a proportionate, trauma informed assessment, undertaken with the individual wherever possible. This will consider eligibility, suitability, safe matching, available capacity and whether KYND CARE can safely meet individual needs.
INDIVIDUAL COORDINATED SUPPORT PLAN
Where a referral is accepted, the KYND framework will inform an individual coordinated support plan. This will bring together the individuals’ voice, goals, existing provision, professional network and agreed outcomes through one clear and coordinated plan.
HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT
KYND CARE’S pathways are currently in development we are not yet accepting referrals. We welcome early conversations with local authorities, commissioners, funders and specialist partners about identified gaps, future referral pathways and opportunities to shape safe, sustainable provision.
